great location central location convenient kitchenette included cleaning slow check-in heavy door hot water
the location was fantastic. it was super close to the ado bus terminal and walmart. the room had a kitchenette which i thought was a great addition. daily cleaning was also included that kept things fresh. i really loved that!
the check in process was a bit slow it seemed. it took a little longer than i expected! the entrance had some stairs and a heavy glass door, i found that a little difficult with luggage. there was no hot water one day, it was a bummer.

unfinished gym low pressure
The hotel's location was acceptable. It was a short walk to the main avenue.
I encountered some issues . The gym was not fully equipped and looked unfinished. the hot water pressure in the shower was very low. It made showering difficult (especially after a day at the beach).

Jennifer. She ensured my room was quiet, a real plus. The hotel's location is unbeatable, close to many facilities. I found everything super clean. The rooftop was a highlight with its pristine water.
I noticed very small ants on the floor.
